There are some occasions during my marriage where I have learned that sometimes a card and a note, or even flowers don’t do the trick enough when you are trying to truly apologize to your significant other. In such cases – which thankfully for me have been few and very far between – I have always sought a nice piece jewelry to give to my wife. Not being made out of money, I have always tended to look for jewelry earrings because there are so many different kinds, and a girl can never really have enough jewelry earrings; they are like shoes for girls. Sometimes when I want to go all out, and really make sure that she knows that I screwed up and that I am sorry, I purchase flowers, a card and I hide the jewelry earrings inside of the card so that when she reads the card they fall out. While jewelry earrings are no excuse for fighting or having a spat with her, they at least let her know that her love is very valuable to me.
