I have a sweet niece who is ten-years-old.  She was born hearing-impaired, and had a Cochlea Implant at a very  young age.  Although this is a disability, she has worked hard to read lips and through a Speech Specialist, she also speaks extremely well.  She is surrounded by a family that loves and supports her. 

I thought I might get her a gift "just because" she strives so consistently.  She loves Mary Kate and Ashley, and I found online a gift set of perfume fragrances called "Mary Kate and Ashley LaBeach Honeysuckle spray and body lotion."  I ordered it last week, and it came within a few days.  She is going to love it, and more importantly, she will be totally surprised!  I also found some bracelet jewelry for a young girl, and I could not resist purchasing that as well.

I am constantly amazed at how well one overcomes hardships in life; how we work with what we have, and we live life to the fullest with the hand we are dealt.  She is a miraculous child who will become an even more miraculous woman.
